Preparing an analysis for the interest and Match it with the Account statement for ( Overdraft &Term deposits & current Account ) and indicate if there is any discrepancies than the agreed interest tranches .  Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis. though various financial analyses related construction costs, inventory, and overhead information as needed for decision-making support.  Manage and track the credit lines ( overdraft – IDC – LC )  Preparing dashboards which present revenues and liabilities of the company though collaboration with the receivables and payables departments.  Collecting needed data from the project manager for preparing the budget  Assess in preparing the financial statements  Revise the issued cheques and transfers and make corrective actions if there is any mistake in the maturity dates or in the beneficiary names Before singing it from the chairman  Assess payable department in preparing the withholding tax form  Assess the receivables department in revising the client’s contracts and revise their payments  Calculating the NPV for the units and compare it with the cash selling price  Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations
