Account Related
  • You have free access to search for a task or a service. But in order to create a task (or a service) and order a service you need a registered account in our marketplace.
  • You can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link on the Login modal. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email. Click the link to reset your password.
  • Yes. We require phone verification to ensure we onboard only verified users on our platform. This increases trust among participants in the marketplace.
  • Once you sign up (or login for existing users) for a new account, go to My Profile page. Once you are on the My Profile page you can click on Verify link next to Phone under Verify your profile section.
  • MicroTasks.io platform is now available in most countries.

I am a Consumer
I am a Service Provider
  • First you must <a href="#signupModal" data-toggle="modal" data-target="#signupModal">Register</a> for an account. Once your register and verify your phone, you can Publish your service offering.
  • First go to Tasks page. On the left panel you should see an option to enter the location. Enter the city name where you want to search for a list of tasks in your location.
  • Yes, you can make an offer to a consumer whose task matches your service offering.
  • First step is to email the consumer directly to discuss any issues with the order. The next step is to search our FAQ/Help page for possible answers. If the issue is still not resolved please get in touch with us by email support@MicroTasks.io
  • Once the service is delivered, you must confirm the status by going to My Orders screen and click Order Completed. Consumer will receive a notification. After the consumer has confirmed the work is delivered, order will be marked as completed. Currently we support only Direct Payments. The consumer is obligated to pay you directly either with cash or other payment mechanism that you agreed directly with the consumer.
Payment Related
  • In the case where the Service Provider only accepts direct payment, consumers are expected to pay the provider directly at the time of service delivery. Order confirmation page will display the amount to be paid in local currency.
