The following Terms and Conditions, together with any other terms incorporated by reference (the "Terms") govern your ("you" or the "User") use of MicroTasks.io, owned by Empleos, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, US (the "Company"). User and Company may be referred as Party or Parties in below.

The Terms govern and apply to your use and/or reliance on the website MicroTasks.io. Please read the Terms carefully before using the services described by the Company. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and you agree to be bound by them. BEFORE ACCESSING THIS ONLINE MARKETPLACE PLATFORM MICROTASKS.IO, YOU SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU ARE NOT GRANTED PERMISSION TO ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THIS PLATFORM MICROTASKS.IO. ACCORDINGLY, PLEASE EXIT THIS WEBSITE.

EMPLEOS LLC (owner of the platform) MAY REVISE THESE TERMS OF SERVICE FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE BY UPDATING THIS POSTING. YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF MICROTASKS.IO INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, AND YOUR REPRESENTATION THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE SITE.

EMPLEOS LLC will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on its website, but all information is provided "As Is." Empleos LLC makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of information presented on MicroTasks.io and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company intends to operate in a highly competitive business which requires signing up service providers who are willing to sign up and list their service offerings on our marketplace. The Company disclaims all liability and responsibility to the maximum extent of the law for any statement or informative material communicated.

Neither Empleos LLC nor any of its agents or affiliates shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of user's access, use, or inability to use MicroTasks.io, or any errors or omissions in the content of MicroTasks.io.

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) set forth the entire understanding between the User and the Company with respect to the use of the MicroTasks.io site. For facts relating to the use of the website, the User agrees to rely only on these Terms and understands that these Terms supersede any public statements about MicroTasks.io made by third parties or by the Company or the Empleos LLC Team or individuals associated with any of the Empleos LLC Team, past and present.

4.1 All registered users on MicroTasks platform can both offer services and order services. There are no separate roles - any authenticated user can post services or place orders for services.

Users are required to verify their phone number in order to increase credibility within our platform and to be able to post services or place orders.

4.2 Posting Services
Any authenticated user can create and list services on the MicroTasks.io platform. Service providers advertise their services with details including description, pricing, and delivery time.

4.3 Ordering Services
Any authenticated user can browse available services and place orders. Users can search for services by category, location, and other criteria to find the right service for their needs.

5.1 We rely on our users to enrich our marketplace platform. When a user lists a new service, we will screen it to ensure accuracy of the information before making it available on Home and Search pages.

5.2 Users can list services and are prohibited from publishing any of their personal contact information in the Service title or description. The phone number in the user profile needs to be verified before making their service available for ordering.

5.3 Users can browse available services and place orders directly. When placing an order, users can specify their requirements and payment preferences through the order messaging system.

5.4 Orders are created when a user submits an order request for a service. The service provider can then accept or reject the order request. Once accepted, the order proceeds through the platform's order management system.

5.5 In case of any dispute that may arise after an order, MicroTasks will do its best to help mediate between the service provider and the user who placed the order. But we cannot guarantee a positive outcome from this intermediation.

6.1 Registration and Verification
Both users register for a new account with a valid email address where they receive verification information to confirm their identity. Upon completion of registration a random 6 digit code is sent to their email and a link to verify the new account.

6.2 Creating Services
Users are required to verify their phone number in order to publish a new service. They can verify their phone number by going to My Profile page.

6.3 Public Profile
Members create a profile within our platform. Some of this information will be available for all registered users on the site. However we do not expose any of their private details such as phone numbers or email addresses on their public profile page.

6.4 Member Notifications
Event notifications are triggered throughout the site for different processes such as Order creation, User registration, Reviews etc. These notifications will be visible on the top navigation bar of the site.

Currently MicroTasks.io marketplace supports direct payments for the services only. The consumer is responsible for payment means negotiation and execution. The payment is executed outside of MicroTasks.io marketplace.

The Privacy Policy available on the Website is part of these Terms, and any interaction by the Company with its community and Users and vice versa shall comply with that policy.

All material contained on MicroTasks.io, unless otherwise indicated, is protected by law including, but not limited to, the United States and the State of Delaware copyright, trade secret, and trademark law, as well as other state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of MicroTasks.io, including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for such user, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network, attempting to interfere with service to any user, or sending unsolicited e-mail.

Users are prohibited from using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of MicroTasks.io or any activity being conducted on this site.

All rights and obligations arising from use of the MicroTasks.io website are governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Delaware.

The Company, any reader of this document and any person who intends to use the MicroTasks.io website shall make good faith efforts to amicably resolve any dispute, controversy or claim between them relating to Empleos LLC and their respective rights and obligations hereunder.
