Offering Services
Information for users offering their services
When offering services, orders go through the following stages:
- Pending (Status 1) - A customer has submitted an order request for your service. You'll receive a notification and can review the order details. At this stage, you can approve or decline the order.
- Order Approved (Status 2) - After you approve the order, it moves to "Order Placed" status. The customer is notified and you can begin working on the service.
- Work Completed (Status 3) - Once you've finished the work, you can mark the order as "Work Completed". This notifies the customer that the service is ready for their review.
- Order Completed (Status 4) - After the customer confirms that the work is completed to their satisfaction, the order is marked as "Order Completed". At this point, you can receive payment and the customer can leave a review.
- Cancelled (Status 7) - If you decline an order or if it's cancelled for any reason, the order status becomes "Cancelled".
You can communicate with the customer at any stage through the order messaging system.
Ordering Services
Information for users looking to order services
When ordering services, your order goes through the following stages:
- Pending (Status 1) - After you submit an order request, it enters "Pending" status. The service provider will review your order and can approve or decline it. You'll be notified of their decision.
- Order Approved (Status 2) - Once the provider approves your order, it moves to "Order Placed" status. The provider will begin working on your service. You can communicate with them through the order messaging system.
- Work Completed (Status 3) - When the provider finishes the work, they'll mark it as "Work Completed". You'll receive a notification to review the completed work.
- Order Completed (Status 4) - After you confirm that the work meets your requirements, you can mark it as "Order Completed". At this stage, you can proceed with payment and leave a review for the provider.
- Cancelled (Status 7) - If the provider declines your order or if it's cancelled for any reason, the order status becomes "Cancelled".
You can communicate with the provider at any stage through the order messaging system to clarify requirements or ask questions.
After an order is completed (Status 4), you can leave a review for the service provider:
- Go to the "My Orders" page and find the completed order.
- Click on the order to view its details.
- You'll see a "Submit Review" button or section on the order page.
- Rate the service provider with a star rating (1-5 stars).
- Optionally, write a written review describing your experience with the service.
- Submit your review. The provider will be notified and your review will be visible on their profile.
Note: You can only submit a review after the order is completed. Reviews help other users make informed decisions and help providers build their reputation on the platform.
